Offloop is a Channel-first agent workspace that turns scattered signals—messages, files, schedules, and tool runs—into visible, coordinated work, where people and specialist agents collaborate inside durable Channels with full traceability and human control.

When we joined, the product had no design foundation at all: no brand, no interface, no defined experience. We built it from the ground up, owning the branding and visual identity, the merch design, and the full product UI together with its end-to-end UX flow.

Beyond design execution, we helped steer the product through a highly ambiguous early stage—shaping the overall direction and keeping momentum when the path forward wasn't yet clear. We've also partnered closely with the founder to develop and pressure-test product concepts, working less like an outside vendor and more like a design partner helping define what Offloop should become.
